Chapters are broken down in easy-to-follow steps that encourage readers to start small and build momentum
PHOENIX, June 27, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Author Romney Ruder has met people from around the world that are devout Christian men and women, yet they often do not know how to live out their faith in their day to day lives, and often think Christian ministry entails becoming a pastor or a missionary. As a former business executive, Romney was able to understand where they were coming from and used his own journey as an example.
In "Finding Your Pace," Romney breaks down each chapter in a concise way to persuade readers to start slow and ease into a full life for Christ. "Determine your starting point, find good coaches, get in shape along the way" and "Quicken the pace" are a selection of chapter titles.
"I wanted to help provide the push to get everyday Christians off the couch to start discovering opportunities to live out their faith," said Ruder.
Romney Ruder is the President of Lifeline Global Ministries, a non-profit that works to teach incarcerated men and women to be great parents, in the hopes of breaking the generational cycle of incarceration. To date, over 200 jails or prisons have used these programs, with over 1,500 individual graduations. Romney drew from these successes to help create the course of study contained in the book to apply to everyone.
"We work to teach and shepherd incarcerated women and men into becoming the godly parents they are meant to be through the transforming power of the Gospel, said Romney. "We work with prisons and penitentiaries, churches and communities, volunteer groups and individuals to equip, resource, and transform lives."
