Robert Tarola, Chair of XBRL International's Board of Directors, said, "We warmly welcome Karla back to the Board. She brings extremely valuable experience to the role. Her election also helps us deepen our existing and very important collaboration with GLEIF."
Stephan Wolf, CEO of GLEIF said, "We consider the connections between the LEI and the XBRL standard to be a natural and very relevant part of the global regulatory architecture, bringing globally unique identification together with the digitisation of performance and risk reports of all kinds.
