New Book Reveals Components for Church Growth, Success
CANTON, Ga. (PRWEB) June 22, 2015 -- Bill Agee has served in the church for more than 38 years. Throughout this time, he has witnessed pastors achieve great success in their respective congregations and he has also seen discouragement and failure. In his new book, “The Predictability Factor” (published by Xlibris), Agee presents a multi-case study that analyzes the components that determine success or failure in the church.
“The Predictability Factor” is a unique book addressing the predictability of future success of new churches and existing churches attempting to turn from decline to growth. Predictability is something sought in virtually every field. For example, in weather forecasting, the ability to understand what components in the atmosphere produce predictable results can save many lives. In the field of church starting and church revitalization, the ability to identify the key components necessary to produce success can make the difference in the church surviving and thriving or dying. “The Predictability Factor” identifies the key components of success and why they are such difference makers.
“This book involves in-depth investigation of the components present in successful churches and the lack of those components in unsuccessful churches,” Agee says, “It then identifies the key components listed by both groups, one where the components were present and one where they were absent. Is it possible to predict future success of new churches and churches in need of revitalization? The answer is yes.”
