“I wrote this book because I want to help others. I went through a long self-healing journey to find kundalini yoga, and I feel this practice belongs to humanity. I want to spread the word by sharing my healing journey, which I hope helps you with yours,” Daniela Mattos states.

Daniela Mattos is a KRI-certified kundalini yoga teacher who trained under Gurmukh, Gurushabd, and Guru Dharan. She also holds certifications in radiant child yoga and Reiki Usui methods 1 and 2 as well as several astrology certifications.
