LOS ANGELES, Oct. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In his debut novel, "Wings in a Jar," author Albert Rodriguez has comprised his collection of short stories which link together the life of protagonist Quattuor, a Los Angeles native, as he comes-of-age while discovering he has obsessive compulsive disorder. An engaging novel, readers will follow Quattuor's journey of overcoming insurmountable obstacles and finding his path to ultimate happiness.
Constantly harassed by bullies for being shy and different, Quattuor's obsessive compulsive disorder has made it hard for him to maintain and develop relationships with girls, friends, and family members and feels as if it is an internal battle that will never end. He must rely on different personalities to propel himself into adulthood and find the answers to make his dreams come true.
"I wrote 'Wings in a Jar' to provide a story about a boy growing up and coping with obsessive compulsive disorder, shyness, being bullied and discovering love to help others who have gone through similar situations," said Rodriguez.
