Advancements will focus on Plumettaz S.A. (Plumett), a company who since 1923 has been taking the world by storm with its capacity for innovation in the fields of agriculture, construction, rail, energy, and telecommunications.

On a mission to lighten the load of the workforce, Plumett designs and supplies equipment for the installation of all-terrain cables for energy and telecommunications.

In this segment of Advancements, viewers will learn how Plumett offers the largest operational range and flexibility and develops its products to work under the most severe conditions. The show will explore how the Plumettaz is helping the industry move from pulling to pushing with its patented Jetting systems. Audiences will see how the system has created the capacity to push cables in pipes, using air or water propulsion – making it possible to install longer, larger cables, with less effort.

With a look at Plumett’s Watucab™, the show will uncover how the compact and mobile equipment is designed for installing underground cables for low, medium, and high voltage power networks that are especially effective over long distances and tortuous routes.

Spectators will also see how Plumett’s IntelliJet™ monitors supervise by recording the installation to make work more efficient, via an integrated computer and embedded software that generates a full report on the installation results.
