As Co-Master Franchise Owners, the Bourke's bring a combined 35 years of experience in sales, business and education. Tim Bourke has spent his career as a mechanical engineer focusing on naval architecture in Canada. After working in the engineering field for several years, Tim decided to pivot and started his own lawn and garden maintenance firm. Founded in 1995, Bur-Han Garden & Lawn Care is now one of the largest lawn care service companies in the region.
Ginette built her career as a French Immersion school teacher for Kindergarten, 1stand 2nd grades. Both Tim and Ginette wanted to find a business model that was established and ready to grow – a Master Franchise was perfect for that. Tim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture from the University of British Columbia. Ginette earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Simon Frasier University. They currently reside in Vancouver with their two children.
