Each observer's patient list automatically updates based on time from the prior observation and based on the observer's proximity to each patient. This gives observers real-time visibility into which patient to see next in order to complete patient rounds on time.
Additionally, AccuRound provides visibility into key patient risk factors as well as prior observations and notes, giving care teams the data to proactively assess and plan for their next patient round. At each round, observers electronically record their observation, including interactions, activities, behaviors and notes within the customizable entry screen. If staff members need immediate assistance, a simple button press triggers an alert, sending a notification to team members. All of this functionality is available in-the-moment and on-the-go.
A suite of reports and analytics also come standard with AccuRound and are available at the click of a button. Compliance rates are automatically calculated and can be displayed by patient, observer or department. Each patient's observation history can be viewed in detail to note any missed observations, or can be sorted by findings, location or time. Observations can be viewed by observer to evaluate compliance metrics, and dive into any associated discrepancies.
