New President Appointed at Kellyco Metal Detectors
Mark Tymensky has been appointed to the position of President to drive strategic growth at Kellyco.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn., June 16, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kellyco, one of the oldest metal detecting retailers in the world, announces that Mark Tymensky has been appointed to the position of President to drive strategic growth. Tymensky joined Kellyco in June 2008 and has been promoted through a number of positions throughout every department in the company.

Tymensky is being promoted from Vice President of Affiliate and Vendor relations. He trained under the founder, Stu Auerbach, and later Jeremy Floyd. Soon after taking over the company in 2018, Floyd promoted Tymensky to director of purchasing and later to the VP role in 2020.
"Taking the helm has been a dream of mine since the early days when Stu and I had long talks about his vision of where this company could go," said Tymensky. Floyd, who acquired Kellyco in May 2022 with his wife Dorry, will be stepping out of the day to day operations and serving as Chairman of the Board.
