The enhanced features provide previously unavailable insights for call center managers and owners, giving them tools to dramatically boost efficiency and profitability. The two key new reporting capabilities, which have been recently made available to existing customers, are the Lead Conversion Report and the Lead Penetration Status Report.

  • The Lead Conversion Report is an active profit and loss statement of a call center’s lists, providing real time metrics that show whether a list is performing well. Reports can be run by the minute, the hour, or any select time period, giving the call center manager critical information for making strategic decisions throughout the day. The result has been dramatic savings of time and money for call centers that have utilized this new feature.
  • The Lead Penetration Status Report allows call center owners and managers to quickly grasp the dialing effectiveness of their leads, and to know which leads are getting lost. The report shows the call disposition, or result, and compares lists for an enhanced campaign overview. With an improved understanding of how the leads on a list are performing, managers see where to concentrate dialing time for the greatest result, and can strategize more effectively for better ROI.
