New Training on Sexual Harassment Prevention for California Employers
To help California employers comply with state laws on harassment training, Mastery has released two training series for managers and employees on sexual harassment prevention.

To help California employers comply with these laws, Mastery has released two training series for managers and employees on sexual harassment prevention.
California laws require all employers with five or more employees to provide managers with two hours of training and nonsupervisory employees with one hour of training, every two years, on sexual harassment. The training must be interactive and cover a defined set of topics. Mastery's new courses have been designed to help employers meet these requirements.
Managers and supervisors should take all four parts of the following new series to be compliant:
