New VoIP Fraud Detection Service Launched at VoIP Innovations

Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) May 06, 2015 -- VoIP Innovations announced today that it has created a Fraud Detection tool for VoIP Resellers, ITSPs, and Enterprise customers that analyzes their traffic patterns and alerts them when something is out of the ordinary. Their software will continually run an algorithm which processes and analyzes CDRs in near real-time searching for traffic pattern anomalies. When an anomaly is detected, an alert is sent via email and/or text message.

By default, Fraud Detection is not enabled on accounts; however, each VoIP Innovations’ customer is eligible for a free one month trial of the service, up to 5,000 minutes worth of CDRs. If you sign up for a free one month trial, here are a few features you can expect to see:

  • Monitor International, Local, Toll-Free origination and termination
  • Customize the Fraud Detection dashboard
  • Set multiple severity notification thresholds

To enable the Fraud Detection service in your account, simply go to the Add-Ons section of your VoIP Innovations BackOffice. Once you're there, you'll be able to enable the service as well as customize your widget dashboard, manage your customers and IP addresses, and set your alerts.
