“Now that we’ve raised well beyond our funding goal, we’re ready to begin production and distribution. We’re thrilled to see that people across the globe are committed to improving their posture by putting a Workhorse Saddle Chair in their workspace, home, office or business."

To help change the way people sit, an experienced Australian chiropractor, David France, introduced the Workhorse Saddle Chair, a chair with a contoured saddle shape that creates the perfect angle between the legs and back to reduce back pain caused by sitting for long periods. France launched the Workhorse Saddle chair on Kickstarter on November 13th, 2018, and has raised more than $125,000 USD to break the inevitable back pain cycle.

After treating an endless stream of patients who suffered from the same type of back pain, France was determined to help repair and prevent the issue. During his experiences riding race horses, he discovered the positive physical effects of spending time in a saddle. After years of research, trial, error and refinement, he realized the best way to position the spine while sitting was to mimic the positioning of riding a horse. This revolutionary way of thinking about society’s sitting experience led France to create a new line of chairs. The collection will reduce muscle strain, headaches and weariness caused by sitting for long periods in the wrong position.

“Now that we’ve raised well beyond our funding goal, we’re ready to begin production and distribution,” said David France, founder of Workhorse Saddle Chairs. “We’re thrilled to see that people across the globe are committed to improving their posture by putting a Workhorse Saddle Chair in their workspace, home, office or business. I’m ecstatic – the time has finally come for my chair to help people across the globe.”

The chair is offered in seven different models to meet users’ personal needs. Finished with A-Grade fabric, premium stretch vinyl or luxury leather (as well as custom finishes and colors), the line of chairs does not sacrifice style for comfort. The Workhorse Base, the most basic model, is a great place to start for those looking to try the Workhorse Saddle Chair before committing to a more deluxe version. The Workhorse Pro, the top-of-the-line model, is equipped with a back and armrest that can change positions, allowing users to easily switch their sitting position to increase blood circulation to muscles. This model is different than any other on the market with its unique design and patented rotating back rest. It is a great alternative, or addition, to popular standing desk options, perfect for home or work.

Workhorse Saddle Chairs are still available for pre-order on Kickstarter, starting at $94.00 USD. For more information about the campaign or to place an order, visit pr.go2.fund/workhorse.
