Finger Lakes non-profit, New York Kitchen (NYK), announced naming rights of Tasting Room to be The Opici Family Tasting Room during the unveiling and luncheon at the Kitchen on August 9, 2018.

Opici Family Distributing started in 1913 by Joseph Opici, and expanded over the past 85 years by Hubert Opici, is now a fourth-generation, family-owned wine and spirits wholesaler managed by Linda, Dina and Don Opici. The Opici Family Tasting Room at New York Kitchen features wine, beer, cider, distilled products and non-alcoholic beverages all produced within New York State. In addition to the tasting room, New York Kitchen has a state of the art hands-on kitchen where guests can sign up to take cooking classes, Wine Spectator Theater where NYK offers certification courses, multiple private event rooms with capacities upwards of 150 people as well as a gift shop and farm to table style restaurant and bar on the second level.
