News Media Alliance Promotes Danielle Coffey to Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Counsel

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The News Media Alliance has promoted Danielle Coffey to Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Counsel. In this new role, she will be responsible for maintaining digital partnerships to identify business opportunities and eliminate barriers to a thriving and sustainable news industry; advocating for better business arrangements with digital platforms through legislative and legal solutions to level the playing field for the news industry, both in the U.S. and globally; and engaging in the digital regulatory environment relating to privacy, international and domestic agencies dealing with digital issues. She will continue to oversee issues that are related to protecting digital content through copyright protections.
