Bahram Seyedin-Noor, founder and partner with San Francisco-based Alto Litigation, has been chosen as an Elite Boutique Trailblazer by The National Law Journal.

This special supplement, in its second year, highlights individuals who have made a remarkable difference in their specialized area of law. As The National Law Journal states, “The one thing all of our honorees have in common: each has shown a deep passion and perseverance in pursuit of their mission, having achieved remarkable successes along the way.”

“I’m humbled that The National Law Journal has recognized our firm and in particular our use of technology,” observes Bahram (Harvard Law, ‘99). “Law firms are understandably conservative businesses that tend not to lead in innovation. Given our size, we have been able to use best-in-class work flow management systems and other software to gain an edge over much larger opponents, striking with lightning speed in time-sensitive matters such as emergency or ex parte motions.” The result, says Bahram, is millions in judgments and settlements for plaintiff-side clients over five years and multiple dismissals and arbitration wins for clients needing defense work.

A former litigation partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Bahram started Alto Litigation in 2013, and since then has focused on building a formidable trial team, tightly integrating technology and offering alternatives to the billable hour. At Alto Litigation, Bahram successfully represents clients in complex business and securities disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels. Bahram also regularly advises clients on internal investigations and SEC matters.
