Mr. Roark will oversee the growing healthcare real estate developer's in-house team of Design & Construction professionals as the firm continues to meet robust growth targets

Vince Cozzi, NexCore Chief Investment Officer / Chief Operating Officer, says the firm is excited to add Mr. Roark's expertise in overseeing the Design & Construction team.

Mr. Roark was previously with Hospital System UCHEALTH for over 12 years, starting out as the Senior Internal Auditor of Construction and most recently as the Senior Director of Design and Construction. Some areas of expertise that Mr. Roark brings to NexCore are his experience in staff leadership & development, healthcare construction, budget management, and more.

Mr. Roark holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Construction Management, both from Colorado State University.
