Scores also are based on a confidential and optional survey of employees, evaluating their experience in areas like compensation, benefits, diversity, training, and culture. The survey contains more than 70 questions, and despite the length, around 83% of Next Level employees completed the optional survey to share their thoughts on our workplace.
