In addition, mondCloud Inc. has also successfully completed its annual penetration testing covering a wide range of test conditions.

The SOC 2® (Service Organization Control for Service Organizations) was created by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), it evaluates applicants in five categories within the Trust Services Criteria, they are:
- Security: Evaluating that information and systems are protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or modification
- Availability: Evaluating that the systems are available for operation and use as agreed
- Processing Integrity: Evaluating that the system processing is complete, valid, accurate, timely and authorized

- Privacy: Evaluating that personal information is collected, used, retained, disclosed and disposed, in conformity with the commitments in the service organization's privacy notice
