Government technology SaaS solutions platform overhauls its interface for better user experience.

NextRequest, the leading government technology SaaS platform of FOIA software for local and state agencies, today announced the milestone of launching its preview of their updated user interface for its users and the public.

“To ensure that the new Request Page serves our users the best that it possibly can, we’ve made the decision to launch it in beta alongside our legacy interface,” says NextRequest Product Manager Eric Mersmann. “That way, our customers and the public can give us the feedback we need to finetune everything before a more permanent launch. We feel that their opinions are an indispensable piece of the process.”

One key feature included in the launch is their new, streamlined system for searching, organizing, and downloading documents that have been requested through their portal. More features are set to be rolled out in the coming months.

NextRequest CEO and Founder Reed Duecy-Gibbs says, “At NextRequest, we strive to continually improve our core product and user experience. We feel our consistent investment in product sets us apart, and with so many agencies working from home right now, we’re proud to always strive towards an improved experience that supports democratic governments.”
