NextVR to Broadcast Liverpool FC vs Sporting CP LIVE in Virtual Reality from Yankees Stadium

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., July 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- NextVR, the leader in broadcasting live events in virtual reality, in partnership with Liverpool FC, will bring US fans onto the pitch in virtual reality to experience the current UEFA Champions League winners Liverpool FC face off against Sporting Club of Portugal in a preseason friendly match on Wednesday, July 24 at 8:00 p.m. EST.

A total of 8 VR cameras will be positioned along the pitch and throughout Yankees stadium to virtually transport US fans into the matches. The fully produced live VR broadcasts will include dedicated announcers for pre-game, play-by-play, halftime analysis, and match recap. Fans will also have the opportunity to experience the live match in real time with friends via the Venues app by Oculus.
