(Fullerton). The transaction closed effective Oct. 1, 2018.
Founded in 1929, Fullerton is an insurance broker located in Southern California that provides P&C and group benefits capabilities to commercial and personal clients. Former principals of the firm, Leslie and Kevin McCarthy, will join NFP as vice presidents of NFP's P&C division, reporting to Roger Wilber, a senior vice president of NFP's P&C division.
