In addition, Davis will take on the newly created role of chief diversity and inclusion officer. Ginnette Quesada-Kunkel and Mary Steed will join NFP's Executive Management Committee as chief human resources officer and chief people officer, respectively. These well-deserved promotions further complement NFP's exceptional leadership team and are in line with the company's adherence to diversity and inclusion at all levels.
In her new role, Davis will lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across all departments and levels of NFP. She steps away from her former role as chief human resources officer to drive greater progress and opportunities within the company for women, ethnic minorities and employees of all ages and sexual orientations. Having devoted seven years of service to NFP, Davis has contributed significantly to creating an environment that attracts and retains top talent through our people-first culture. She will direct the full spectrum of HR activities at NFP with responsibility over all human resources operations, compensation and benefits practices, employee benchmarking, change management, and mergers and acquisitions diligence. Her eleven-year tenure with NFP, her strong technical and strategic knowledge, and experience with various leadership HR roles make her an exceptional choice for this position.
Steed, currently senior vice president of HR, assumes the newly created role of chief people officer. She will focus on the HR management of all field operations as well as the ongoing implementation, pace and progress of NFP's PeopleFirst agenda. As chief people officer, Steed also will continue to oversee all talent management, recruiting and community initiatives. Having also spent eleven years at NFP, Steed brings a knack for coaching and motivating employees to achieve greater levels of success.
