NFP Acquires Jess S. Morgan & Co., a Los Angeles-based Business Management Firm
Acquisition enhances NFP's accounting, estate and tax planning capabilities for entertainment industry professionals and other high net worth individuals

Morgan & Company, Inc. (Jess Morgan), a business management consulting firm located in Los Angeles, CA. Jess Morgan will join NFP's recently rebranded Ground Control Business Management (Ground Control), the Los Angeles-based firm serving high net worth individuals, entertainment industry executives, entertainers and professional athletes, among others. The Jess Morgan transaction closed in November 2022.
Agency principals Jeremy Stahl, Richard Mandel, Sue Ollweiler and Tim Bodner will join NFP and work with leaders across the company, including Chris Bucci, CEO of Ground Control, to complement NFP's individually focused businesses serving the dynamic needs of high net worth clients.
