NFP Welcomes John Ferreira to its Management, Cyber and Professional Liability Practice

Industry leader brings decades of experience developing and managing specialized financial and reputation risk insurance solutions

NFP, a leading property and casualty broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement advisor, today announced it has hired John Ferreira as a senior vice president and professional liability practice leader within NFP’s Management, Cyber and Professional Liability Practice. In this role, Ferreira will work with clients to develop insurance and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard their businesses against various financial and reputational risks. He will report to Matthew Schott, managing director and head of the Management, Cyber and Professional Liability Practice.

Ferreira comes to NFP from Chamber Insurance Agency Services, where he served in a variety of roles, most recently as executive vice president. Prior to this, he was a senior vice president at Jamison Insurance Group. In all, he brings more than 30 years of experience developing strategies to address risks affecting professional clients and their businesses. Ferreira received his bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Kean University (New Jersey).
