The Sheraton on the Falls will operate with the new name of Sheraton Fallsview beginning in June 2021.
Renovation projects have touched nearly all corners of the 22-storey, 669 guestroom hotel bringing new experiences for guests. A pillar of the Niagara Falls skyline, and situated in an enviable location directly across from Niagara Falls, the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel has been working on the extensive updates and upgrades over the past 18 months.
All guestrooms and suites – many which offer floor to ceiling windows for uninterrupted views of Niagara Falls, and the Best Fallsviews Guaranteed – have been redesigned with guests in mind. Rooms have been furnished to provide an experience that combines luxury and comfort. Guests will find new bedding, headboards contemporary furniture, new workspace desks and chairs, upgraded lighting fixtures, refreshed carpet and wall coverings in the new rooms. In addition, bathrooms in the majority of the hotel's guestrooms have been updated to include modern, spa-inspired, walk-in showers. The new luxury fittings complement existing room amenities that only Sheraton Fallsview offers in Niagara Falls, which include the Juliette Balcony found in nearly all guestrooms, and Step-Out Balcony in the Fallsview Corner Suites.
Welcoming, elevated and purposeful were keys when redesigning the lobby, top rated amenities and meeting and function space at Sheraton Fallsview. To facilitate movement within the hotel, a new arrival experience introduced an additional bank of elevators, while comfortable seating areas, and built-in tablets where guests can book a reservation at the #1 Italian Restaurant in Niagara Falls; Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant were also added. Updates extend to amenities as well, including Massimo's which has been refreshed with a new dinner menu emphasizing seasonal ingredients, and additions to their extensive wine list. Another amenity to welcome updates is Christienne Fallsview Spa. Rated the #1 Spa in Ontario on TripAdvisor, the Spa welcomed upgraded change room facilities and new fixtures. The largest hotel conference space in Niagara was not left out of the renovation process, with meeting rooms and pre-function space energized with new carpeting, video monitors, wall covering and decor.
One of the hotel's most extraordinary new experiences will be unveiled just in time for Summer! Niagara's only Fallsview Rooftop Pool & Bar will feature the only outdoor pool in Niagara to overlook Niagara Falls, a new fallsview bar, and private cabanas one with an infinity hot tub.
