Nick Garofoli, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and University of Hartford MBA graduate, entered RCare over four years ago as the VP of Operations & Technology. He was selected due to his proven track record of holistic business management and risk mitigation.

She has an MBA from St. John Fisher University, and a diverse background that includes training, marketing and sales. While the titles are new, the day-to-day of RCare under Garofoli and Flann will continue on mostly unchanged. Jeff Knauss, who purchased RCare two years ago, will remain as owner and president.
