Campers stay in the University of Alabama in Huntsville dorms, eat in the dining hall, and run at local Huntsville trails and on the University's Milton Frank Stadium track for pacing workouts. Skills reviewed include proper and efficient running form, Effort Based Training workouts, nutrition, and XC season prep. This co-ed camp offers overnight and day programs for ages 13-18 of all ability levels. This camp teaches runners how to train smarter, work hard, and to have fun.
