She is an experienced personal trainer as well as high school cross country coach. Steph was part of the Five-Star family from 2005-2013 as head girls counselor, where she shared her love for running with youth campers.

Five-Star Cross Country Camp is and overnight camp open to all 12-18 year old's. This camp runs from August 11-16 in the beautiful southern Catskill Mountains on the campus of Iroquois Springs in Rock Hill, New York.
