SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Nov. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- This one-day clinic will be an addition to the new and popular Nike Volleyball Camp at the University of Redlands, and will be directed by Head Volleyball Coach, Lisa Lindberg.
This past summer was Lindberg's first Nike Volleyball Camp, and it proved to be a huge success. Drawing in over 40 campers from the surrounding Inland Empire area, girls and boys had a chance to improve their skills in a fun environment. Even the Redlands' live mascot, Addie the Bulldog, joined in on the fun by making an appearance during the beginning of camp.
"Our daughter loved this camp," exclaimed the parent of a camper. "She told us the Nike Volleyball camp at University of Redlands was the best volleyball and learning experience she ever had. The new position volleyball camp at the U of R will be designed for players to work on a single position for the duration of the camp. Players can choose between hitter, setter, or libero, and will receive specialized instruction from the Redlands volleyball staff.
The one-day clinic is set to follow the four-day all skills volleyball camp that runs June 22nd-25th. The June 26th position clinic will run from 9:00am - 3:00pm and will be open to girls and boys ages 10-18 of all ability levels.
