Engel & Völkers today announced that top producer Niliana Nassar-Garcia has joined its Fort Lauderdale real estate brokerage. With over 14 years of industry experience, Nassar-Garcia will now oversee the New Luxury Construction division for Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale.

Prior to joining Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale, Nassar-Garcia was with Ocean Land Investments handling new condominium sales for waterfront developments such as AquaVita Las Olas, AquaLuna Las Olas, AquaMar Las Olas, AquaVue Las Olas and AquaBlu Fort Lauderdale. She was also part of the Barkin-Gilman & Associates team at Coldwell Banker, now Barkin-Gilman Group at Compass. Nassar-Garcia plans to continue her own projects, while simultaneously building a diverse team of new construction sales specialists from the tri-county area at Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale.
