ARDMORE, Okla., Dec. 10, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Noble Research Institute has been recognized as one of the 2020 Top Workplaces in Oklahoma among large-sized companies.
Noble placed No. 7 among Oklahoma companies that have 350 or more employees. This year — which is Noble's 75th anniversary — marks the first time the organization has participated in the Top Workplaces competition.
The Top Workplaces award is given based on "organizational health," as determined by an independent, third-party assessment that includes an anonymous survey of employees who rate their workplace culture.
"This ranking means so much because it comes directly from our employees," said Steve Rhines, president and CEO. "We are proud of the incredible work they do every day at Noble as we strive to support agriculture and serve farmers and ranchers through research, education and consultation. In addition, we are honored to be included among the many great organizations and companies that represent the best of the best in Oklahoma."
The 2020 Top Workplaces committee received survey responses from 22,586 employees from 1,715 employers across the state of Oklahoma. From there, only 76 employers earned a spot on the Top Workplaces winner's list (divided by small, mid-sized and large companies).
In addition to placing in the top 10 of the large-sized company list, Noble earned a special award for organizational communication, ranking the highest among all organizations on the list.
Noble is an independent, nonprofit agricultural research organization that serves farmers and ranchers through education, research and consultation. Noble's multinational workforce consists of 370 employees from 22 countries.
