TALLAHASSEE, Fla., March 27, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Inman, the leading news source for real estate agents, brokers, executives and technology leaders, today opened nominations for the 2023 Inman Innovator Awards. Since 1998, the Inman Innovator Awards have honored companies, individuals and new technology that increases productivity, efficiency and transparency for consumers and real estate professionals alike. Inman Innovators include entrepreneurs pushing the old ways aside, data scientists discovering new ways to examine behavior, marketers reimagining how to showcase properties, agents reinventing how to communicate with clients, companies building advanced technologies and brokerages and teams creating groundbreaking business models.
"There is no award in real estate with the history or prestige of the Inman Innovators," said Emily Paquette, Inman chief executive officer. "It's in Inman's DNA to celebrate the entrepreneurs and creators who are pushing our industry forward, and we're excited to be doing it again this year."
Past winners of Innovator of the Year have included Zillow's Rich Barton, Divvy Homes' Adena Hefetz and @properties' Thad Wong. While finalists and winners are chosen at the sole discretion of the Inman editorial team, all members of the real estate community can submit nominees for work done since July 2022 in the following categories:
- Innovator (individual or individuals)
- Company
- Agent or team
- Brokerage
- Technology
- Video/podcast
- MLS, Association or Industry Organization
- Marketing or Branding Campaign
