Every year, the Association recognizes an attorney or non-attorney who has significantly contributed to the justice system. The award, previously named the West Pasco Bar Association Justice Award, was renamed in 2018 in honor of the late Attorney J. Larry Hart who served as a pillar of the legal community for many years before his death in late 2017.

Larry Hart Justice Award, which will be presented at the West Pasco Bar Association's Annual Installation Banquet on June 27, 2019 at Spartan Manor.
