North County Property Group clients will have a choice between the Standard Property Management Program or Premium Property Management Program. The Standard Program provides the legacy services North County Property Group has offered to its property owners for over 18 years. The Premium Program, as the name suggests, offers owners of upscale homes an enhanced set of services such as a 30-day to Lease Guarantee, Eviction Protection, and no-cost facilitation on property maintenance.
Both the Standard and Premium Programs will include a new North County Property Group exclusive called Listing Tracker Dashboard. The Listing Tracker Dashboard is a value-added service which provides a graphical analysis specific to each owner's property when is actively listed on the market for rent. The dashboard provides an overview of the volume of inquiries, communication with potential renters, property showings, rental applications, and overall performance based on days on market.
