North Carolina A&T State University Expands Partnership with HelioCampus for Advanced Institution-Wide Analytics and Decision Support
HelioCampus, a technology-enabled services company that provides colleges and universities with the decision support services they need to operate more strategically and sustainably, has entered into a partnership with North Carolina A&T University (NC A&T).

HelioCampus originally partnered with the University of North Carolina System office in 2017 to provide a new model for how a state system and all constituent campuses can work together on data initiatives. Since that time, their partnership with the system office has grown, as well as its relationship with individual campuses, including NC A&T.
HelioCampus is partnering with NC A&T to provide business intelligence and analytics capabilities to make consistent and effective use of data to assist institutional leadership with strategic and tactical decision making. HelioCampus data scientists are working in tandem with the NC A&T Student Success and Academic Support teams to provide support for student retention and graduation initiatives and programs on campus. In response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the move to online instruction, NC A&T was one of the first institutions to make effective use of Learning Management System data through HelioCampus, to assist with providing students the support they needed during the transition to ensure success
