Northern Virginia Technology Council Announces 11 New Board of Directors
The new members will join NVTC's current Board to help provide strategic guidance and insight to broaden NVTC's programs and bolster membership across the region as the organization embarks on its next phase of growth.
MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 19, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the membership and trade association for the technology community in Northern Virginia, today announced the appointment of eleven (11) additional members to its Board of Directors during the Fall 2020. The new members will join NVTC's current Board to help provide strategic guidance and insight to broaden NVTC's programs and bolster membership across the region as the organization embarks on its next phase of growth.
The new Board appointees are as follows:
- Jay Bellissimo, Managing Partner, IBM
- David Berteau, President and CEO, Professional Services Council
- Jennifer Chronis, Vice President, Federal, Verizon
- Ted Davies, Chief Executive Officer, Altamira Technologies Corporation
- Damon Griggs, CEO, Dovel Technology
- Craig Halliday, Chief Executive Officer, Unanet
- Diane Leopold, Chief Operating Officer, Dominion Energy
- Paul Misener, VP, Global Innovation Policy and Communications, Amazon
- Bob Stolle, President and CEO of Centers of Innovative Technology
- Doug Wagoner, President and CEO, LMI
- Dr. Gregory Washington, President, George Mason University
These new members complement NVTC's current board members as the individuals represent a wide variety of technology companies, service providers and academic institutions. NVTC has a rich history of connecting companies and providing the resources they need to grow and scale their businesses and will continue to do so by creating a community of innovators and free thinkers, as well as offering opportunities for members to network and learn.
