BOURNEMOUTH, England, Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Not Just Travel is known for their unique incentives such as the Money Back Challenge, and this week saw the celebration of their most recent incentive - The Mini Challenge.
Travel Consultants who met their sales target over the past three months were given the opportunity to be driving home in a brand-new Mini Cooper worth £17,000, which they can keep for the next three months.
The challenge was a huge success and saw nine winners in total; five opting for the Mini and four choosing to take home their very own iPad Pro. Co-Founder Steve Witt said, 'This is one of the biggest incentives we have offered at Not Just Travel, and we are very proud to be giving away not just one, but five Minis this week'.
Each of the winners were invited down to the Not Just Travel headquarters in Bournemouth, where they were greeted by Steve and the rest of the team to personally congratulate them on their success.
The event itself was a great opportunity for the Travel Consultants to meet the new and growing team at Head Office, get a business update, and find out their new targets as an incentive to keep their Mini for another three months.
Ongoing support and training for all franchisees
Many of the Travel Consultants who won the Mini Challenge have only been with Not Just Travel for a short period of time, demonstrating the level of training and support that is offered to every franchisee.
Steve Witt said, "we work hard to support our franchisees and keep them motivated, which is why we offer regular incentives to help them meet their goals and targets".
Each one of the winners has recently attended a Millionaire's Retreat or Elite Experience overseas training week, and many have also recently succeeded in completing the Money Back Challenge; seeing their franchise fee returned to them in full within their first year at Not Just Travel.
Every incentive is open to all travel consultants at Pro, Elite and Supreme level, alongside regular training events.
