Notify.com Files Patent for “One Touch Reply” Implementation
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (PRWEB) December 17, 2018 -- “One Touch Reply” provides users of Notify.com with the ability to both 1) acknowledge receipt of notification delivery, and 2) to optionally stop the associated escalation chain of notification, with a single response. There is no need to access the Notify.com user interface, or enter specific information relating to the notification—such as a Message ID, or Escalation ID.
“One Touch Reply” is unique, in that it works will all forms of notification. PUSH notifications, SMS text messages, Email notifications and voice telephone calls all support the technology.
“A primary objective for our customers is to assure messages are delivered to the intended recipients, and to make the acknowledgement of those messages as easy as possible, for the end users,” said Bob Lueth, President of Notify.com. “They also want an audit trail of the entire life-cycle of each notification, from initial transmission, to receipt.”
The Notify.com “System Reporting” and “System Dashboard” interfaces allow users to drill down, for specific information on when users acknowledged their messages, or stopped the associated escalation chains of notification. In the case of PUSH notifications, Notify.com administrators can determine the device used during “One Touch Reply,” such as the Smartphone, iPad or desktop.
Four notification platforms in one
Notify.com provides an all-in-one notification platform to address the most important aspects of enterprise operation; 1) Alert Notification using PUSH, SMS, Email and Voice phone calls, 2) Alarm Management for any system, application or device, 3) Web Messaging in support of the Help Desk and 4) Subscription-based, or Opt-In notification of messages, based on the users’ interest.
Enterprise notification available for any budget
Notify.com provides a feature rich notification platform for organizations of any size. Small companies needing support for less than 10 users can implement Notify.com for $1,500 per year. As the number of users increases, the price per user goes down. A large enterprise, with up to 1,000 users, will spend $9,500 per year on their Notify.com implementation.
