“It is great to be exhibiting at Interop again,” said Bob Lueth, President of Notify.com. “For years that was our primary marketing vehicle, and we would attend both the Spring and Fall shows. However, eventually the show got just too big for us—we didn’t feel we could get the exposure we desired when the show floor was spread out over such a large footprint. I was really happy to see Interop moving to a much smaller venue, so we can enjoy more one-on-one time with our customers and prospects.”

One Touch Reply

“One Touch Reply” provides users of Notify.com with the ability to both 1) acknowledge receipt of notification delivery, and 2) to optionally stop the associated escalation chain of notification, with a single response. There is no need to access the Notify.com user interface, or enter specific information relating to the notification—such as a Message ID, or Escalation ID.

The Notify.com “System Reporting” and “System Dashboard” interfaces allow users to drill down, for specific information on when users acknowledged their messages, or stopped the associated escalation chains of notification. In the case of PUSH notifications, Notify.com administrators can determine the device used during “One Touch Reply,” such as the Smartphone, iPad or desktop.
