SALADO, Texas, Aug. 3, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Novak Commercial Construction has begun phase one of the Sanctuary, a 300-acre mixed-use master planned community located in Salado, Texas near FM 2268 and IH 35. Once complete, this community, inspired by the architecture and charm of European Old-World villages combined with Texas hill country style, will include single-family homes, attached brownstones, a wide array of amenities, multi-family rental units, commercial retail, office, hotel and an entertainment complex.
Phase one consists of 185 residential lots and almost 4 miles of surface streets, comprising of a total area of just under 66.25 acres. Novak Commercial Construction has begun the horizontal construction, which includes the grading and paving of surface streets and curbs as well as utility infrastructure with domestic water service, storm sewer and sanitary sewer. Phase one construction is scheduled for a 40-week duration.
