The NPD Group’s home division presented its seventh annual industry performance awards virtually during a webinar on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Awards were given to small appliance and housewares (non-electrics) brands with the largest increase in U.S. market share among key categories in 2019, compared to 2018, according to dollar sales from NPD’s Retail Tracking Service. This year four additional awards were presented to brands with the largest increase in overall kitchen electric and housewares market share in U.S. and Canada.
