NRT Solidifies Position as the Largest Gaming ATM Processor in North America by Acquiring Canadian Casino ATM Portfolio
Acquisition includes 145 high-volume casino ATMs which process nearly 4 million transactions and dispense nearly $1 Billion annually across 20 licensed gaming locations in Canada
TORONTO, Jan. 24, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- NRT Technology Corp. ("NRT") has acquired the casino ATM assets of a leading North American ATM operator. In North America, NRT now operates over 31,000 ATM devices which process more than 300 million transactions and dispense more than $20 billion annually.
Terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
NRT is a global technology leader of next generation payment systems, specialized financial/marketing self-serve kiosks, AML and cage compliance solutions and digital and mobile experiences for the gaming industry. NRT provide mission critical services to more than 750 gaming clients globally, including more than 300 in North America alone.
