Nymity Announces Acquisition of SiteSystems, a Software Development Company

This acquisition further deepens Nymity’s technology footprint and expands its ability to provide game-changing compliance software solutions for its current and future customers.
As part of the acquisition, SiteSytems CEO and founder, Oleg Lemeshko, joins the Nymity team as CTO, bringing over 15 years of experience as a leader in creative application development. “The Nymity acquisition represents a perfect synergistic fit for us. The staff, as well as all business, operations, and IP of SiteSystems, will now operate and provide services as Nymity, where it will support Nymity’s existing customers. Nymity also plans to use the acquisition as a base to significantly expand its operations to more than triple its code capacity and innovation to support continued global market growth.
