Miller Fabrication Solutions announces results from its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, which included respondents from multiple industries. Miller also announces that it has been included in The FABRICATOR's annual FAB 40 list for the third consecutive year.
BROOKVILLE, Pa., June 29, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Miller Fabrication Solutions, a strategic metal fabrication partner for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across construction, forestry, transportation, rail, oil and gas equipment and other heavy industries, today released a downloadable infographic that announces results from its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The Survey, conducted in Februry 2020, included OEM respondents from the construction, material handling, transportation and industrial equipment industries. The infographic highlights these results, among others:
- 90% of products are delivered on time, according to the majority of respondents.
- 72% of respondents say Miller is "extremely responsive" or "very responsive."
- Customers rated the quality of Miller metal-fabricated parts and assemblies a 4.4 out of 5, a 14% increase over 2019.
- The top three words customers used to describe Miller Fabrication Solutions are "responsive," "high quality" and "collaborative."

Miller also announced that the company has been named to The FABRICATOR® magazine's 2020 FAB 40 list for the third consecutive year. The annual list identifies the 40 most successful U.S.-based metal fabricating operations, as determined by the previous year's revenue and other reported company information. Companies eligible for the list earn most of their revenue from contract and custom manufacturing involving sheet metal and plate fabrication.
