"Releasing the results of our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is one way we hold ourselves accountable to transparency and to serving customers with excellence." - Eric D. Miller, president of Miller Fabrication Solutions

Miller Fabrication Solutions, a strategic metal fabrication partner for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across construction, forestry, transportation, rail, oil and gas equipment and other heavy industries, today released a downloadable infographic that announces results from its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The Survey, conducted in Februry 2020, included OEM respondents from the construction, material handling, transportation and industrial equipment industries. The infographic highlights these results, among others:

  • 90% of products are delivered on time, according to the majority of respondents.
  • 72% of respondents say Miller is “extremely responsive” or “very responsive.”
  • Customers rated the quality of Miller metal-fabricated parts and assemblies a 4.4 out of 5, a 14% increase over 2019.
  • The top three words customers used to describe Miller Fabrication Solutions are “responsive,” “high quality” and “collaborative.”

“Delivering an enhanced customer experience is embedded into our ongoing strategic planning goals and initiatives,” said Miller Fabrication Solutions president Eric Miller. “This Survey checks our success at meeting those goals. Releasing the results is one way we hold ourselves accountable to transparency and to serving customers with excellence.”

In addition to its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, Miller Fabrication Solutions is providing customers with a mechanism to share anonymous feedback at any time throughout the year. The company’s leadership team reviews customer input through the annual and ongoing surveys for incorporation into its short- and long-term strategic planning process.

FAB 40 List
Miller also announced that the company has been named to The FABRICATOR® magazine’s 2020 FAB 40 list for the third consecutive year. The annual list identifies the 40 most successful U.S.-based metal fabricating operations, as determined by the previous year’s revenue and other reported company information. Companies eligible for the list earn most of their revenue from contract and custom manufacturing involving sheet metal and plate fabrication.

“As we continue our focus on growth, we are honored to again be included in The FABRICATOR®’s annual list of the country’s most successful OEM metal fabricators – those who continually set high standards for quality and customer service,” Miller said. “The industry has encountered – and will continue to be affected by – new challenges in 2020. Relying on our talented and dedicated employee base and our trusted customer relationships, we’re well positioned to take on the tough metal parts and assemblies requirements that leading equipment manufacturers need to help the world move.”
