Experienced Franchisees Luis and Liz Arcos Secure Area Representative Rights to Bring EMS Group Fitness to the Southeast
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 24, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- OHM Fitness will open 20 EMS fitness studios across North Carolina through its newest franchise partners over the next few years.
Luis and Liz Arcos recently secured the area representative rights to North Carolina and plan to open 20 locations across the state. The couple is already searching for retail spaces starting in Raleigh, around 2,000 square feet in grocery-anchored centers. Liz is a commercial broker with Phoenix Commercial Properties, so her experience will be helpful as they plan to open at least one to two locations this year.
