Olympic Caliber Show Jumping in the Form of The Silver Oak Jumper Tournament Returns on August 18th, 2019 to Halifax, Massachusetts
See many of the world's top riders and their exceptional horses compete just 28miles south of Boston
BOSTON, Aug. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- For the eighth year in a row, Halifax, MA will be the sight of Olympic caliber competition. The Silver Oak Jumper Tournament returns on August 14 - 19, 2019 to the beautiful Fieldstone Show Park at 21 Plymouth Street in Halifax Massachusetts, just a half hour south of Boston right next to historic Plymouth. The Silver Oak Jumper Tournament has become one of the country's highest rated, competitions. Olympic level riders and horses will be coming from around the world to compete for $175,000 in prize money. Admission is free to the public.
The Silver Oak Jumper Tournament is a registered 501c3 charity and donations will go to benefit Danny & Ron's Dog Rescue, and The Omega Horse Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. This dovetails perfectly with the magnificent efforts of the show's perennial presenting sponsor, Victoria McCullough of the Davis McCullough Foundation, who is singularly responsible for thousands of rescues and adoptions of horses otherwise destined for slaughter, and spearheading government efforts that have effectively banned horse slaughter in this country.
