Through its Encounter-Rx™ platform, OmniSYS simplifies the integration of data and services into the pharmacy workflow using standard interfaces which are cloud-based and powered by a secure, web-scale rules engine.

Future versions will address workflow and reimbursement challenges created by the different billing pathways for clinical services (medical and pharmacy benefit) and improve the virtual patient experience through enhanced patient communication technologies.
