Matt assumes the title of President after serving as 90octane's Director of Account Management for three years, and in the industry for 20. While his role will continue to involve working alongside clients to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions, he will now have oversight of additional teams so as to infuse the client perspective more broadly across disciplines. He is also charged with ensuring that 90octane's offerings and capabilities continue to evolve to stay ahead of clients' emerging business needs.
As VP of Operations & Integration, Kelly will lead 90octane's client business operations—ranging from talent acquisition and professional development to program management and account profitability. She is responsible for operationalizing 90octane's approach to marketing programs, ensuring that the firm consistently delivers work that is valuable and executed to the highest standard. She comes to the position after 14 years at 90octane, during which time she's risen to a variety of roles, most recently Managing Director.
